Quick Start

This guide introduces the intended path through Daidra Studio while distinguishing shared Studio capabilities from workflows that depend on a supported engineering app.

1. Create an account

   Create your DAIDRA account, then confirm any account details requested during onboarding.

2. Open Daidra Studio

   Enter Studio to access your projects and available engineering workflows.

3. Create a project

   Give the project a clear name. Client and property context can be added when it is relevant to your work.

4. Build the model

   Open the project workspace and add the geometry and engineering information required by your workflow.

5. Open a supported engineering app

   Choose an app that is available for the workspace and appropriate for the model you are preparing.

6. Run a calculation

   Complete the required inputs, review assumptions and warnings, and run the supported calculation.

7. Generate a report

   Where reporting is supported, review the output and its status before treating it as a project deliverable.

Create an account

Create a DAIDRA account or sign in with an existing account. Access policies may change during the product preview.

Open Daidra Studio

After signing in, Studio opens to the available work areas. Select Studio workspaces to create or open a shared engineering project.

Create a project

Choose New project, enter a project name, and optionally associate it with existing client or property context. Opening the project takes you to its engineering workspace.

Build your first model

Use the available drawing and placement tools to add the information required by your chosen workflow. Keep dimensions, levels, system membership, and engineering properties accurate; downstream checks can only use the inputs present in the project.

Open a supported app

Engineering apps provide specialist workflows on top of the shared project. The apps available to you depend on the current product release and your workspace configuration.

Run a calculation

When a supported calculation is available:

1. Open the relevant engineering app.
2. Review the model inputs required by that workflow.
3. Complete missing parameters.
4. Run the calculation.
5. Review warnings, assumptions, and results.

If no supported calculation is available, DAIDRA should show that state clearly rather than presenting a broken or fictional workflow.

Generate a report

Report generation is available only for supported apps and workflows. Where available, a report is produced from the current project state, inputs, calculation results, assumptions, and applicable checks.

Always distinguish between a preview, a draft, a reviewed report, and an issued deliverable. A generated file does not by itself imply regulatory approval or professional verification.
