What is DAIDRA?
DAIDRA is an engineering technology company. Today, the company is focused on software: a connected workspace where engineering project information can remain useful from the first model through calculation and documentation.
Daidra Studio is the current product. Future products will receive their own documentation only when they exist and are ready to document.
Who it is for
Daidra Studio is being built for engineers and technical teams who design building systems, prepare calculations, coordinate project information, and produce professional deliverables.
The documentation assumes familiarity with engineering projects, but it does not assume prior experience with DAIDRA.
Why Daidra Studio
Engineering work is often divided between drawing tools, calculation applications, spreadsheets, project folders, and report templates. Re-entering the same information creates delay and makes it harder to understand which model, assumptions, and results belong together.
Daidra Studio is designed around a connected project model. Supported engineering apps can use that project context for a specific workflow without turning every specialist task into a separate copy of the project.
How the docs are organized
The public documentation grows with released capabilities:
- Getting Started introduces the first project workflow.
- Daidra Studio explains the shared platform concepts.
- Documentation for engineering apps, developer tools, and reference material appears when those surfaces are ready.
